Admissions

New parents and children are met by the principal or vice-principal. After an acquaintance conversation, you will be given a guided tour through our school. There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions and to meet fellow pupils and the group teacher.

The following criteria apply to be admitted:

For pre-school Nursery 1-2:

  1. Minimal age limit 16 months

For Nursery 2-3 :

  1. Minimal age limit is 2 years.
  2. Your child has to be able to follow both physically and mentally, the regular basic education.

For Kindergarten 1/2 (4 & 5 year olds):

  1. Minimal age limit is 4 years.
  2. Your child needs to be potty trained.
  3. Your child has to be able to follow both physically and mentally, the regular basic education.

For Primary 1 and up:

  1. Your child has to satisfy the rules of admission as they are set by the Indonesian government.
  2. Your child has to be able to follow both physically and mentally, the regular basic education.

For the Dutch stream, the following criterion applies:

  1. At least one of the parents has to speak Dutch to the child at home.

For all admissions it is the director who, after consultation with the board, decides.

Application is completed through an application form which you can download below. This form should be accompanied with supporting documents. These are: a copy of your child’s passport, eventually the residence permit, copy of the vaccination card and the pupil dossier that every primary school grants when a child leaves school. Application is only assured after receiving initial deposit and partial payment of school fees.
