Security Measures
Maximum attention is given towards personal and material security.
Only cars with a valid school sticker are permitted to enter the school grounds. NIS has different procedures for diverse emergency situations.
A practice evacuation drill is executed at least three times a year.
An important part of the NIS evacuation plan is our 'telephone tree'.
We make use of this communication structure in the case of
emergencies or to spread information fast. Several times a year
the NIS 'telephone tree' is tested. Only visitors with a NIS visitor's pass
are allowed entrance into the school premises. The visitor's pass
will be handed out by NIS Security personnel in exchange for a valid
identity card.

Medical Security and Hygiene
At NIS we place a high priority on maintaining a hygienic school.
We fumigate the school premises and immediate surroundings
every week. At NIS we have a medical office and nurse in case there
are accidents at school. In addition, our NIS utility vehicles can be
equipped as ambulances in case of an emergency. From school,
it is only a five to ten minute drive to SOS Medika

Traffic Security
The transport of pupils to and from school is arranged by parents.
To guarantee everyone's safety, especially your children's, we have a number of rules for vehicles entering the school's grounds. The Administration office is happy to provide you with all the traffic rules
